The Colts have been there and done that. The Vikings, well haven't done much of anything since '98. Both teams have high expectations for the season, so this early contest is extremely important. As for the Colts, Peyton Manning will look much better than he did against the Bears, especially against a weak secondary, like the Vikes. The Vikings will effectively shut down the Colts run game, but will give up 300+ to Manning and company. The first half should be competitive but the Colts will make adjustments in the second half and pull out a 24-17 victory. The Vikings do the norm here... Adrian Peterson runs for right around 100 yards, scores a TD and Tarvaris Jackson looks like a deer in headlights, throwing 2 INT's. But there always next week when the Vikings play the Panthers and a possible 0-3 start for what some people like to call a super bowl contender.
